He ducks out of sight when she opens the garage door, and as soon as she’s within reach, he taps the button to close the garage and grabs unsuspecting Midian from behind, his hand over her mouth. She starts to scream, but Ivan tightens his grip and speaks softly into her ear – be quiet. Midian’s terrified screams turn to quiet whines, and Ivan insures her silence by wrapping the cloth once, twice, three times through her mouth, and knotting it tightly behind her head. He orders her to her knees while he uncoils the rope, her eyes wide with fright when he starts looping the rope around her chest.
