Cole and Ian are really close. They always have been. They’re cousins, but they often get away with telling people they’re . They’ve tended to go through various milestones and interests in their lives at similar times. At the moment it’s all about working out.
A few months ago, Ian’s pulled a few strings and got the pair cheap memberships to a private gym. Cole’s the one who takes the workouts a little more seriously. Ian tells him he has a “gym face” and can’t stop giggling when Cole demonstrates how to use the various pieces of equipment. He can’t deny the effect it’s having on Cole, however: his cousin is getting ripped!
Cole gets a little tired of needing to show Ian how to use the machines. Ian rarely listens and sometimes Cole wonders why he shows up to the gym at all. The truth is that Ian mostly attends to check out the other gym-goers! Sometimes he even finds himself looking at Cole.
The two had only ever fooled around once, and under unusual circumstances, but it hasn’t changed their relationship one bit. Sometimes Ian wishes it would so they could fool around more.
