Rex has been inverted for hours and is beginning to feel dizzy. But his second day of torture has just begun. The men torturing him show no mercy. They have a job to do and that job is to make him suffer. After being beaten with a steel pole and whipped with a flogger, Rex is exhausted. His young body throbbing in pain, he is taken to an exam room where a registered nurse checks his vitals and orders that he be given 60 minutes rest. Then Jared leads him back to the same torture chamber. A cross lies on the floor. “No, not the cross,” Rex mumbles, but he is immediately strapped to the cross and raised high — crucified.
