Rome, terrible and glorious for its orgies. Emperor Caligula sends his sisters Agrippina and Drusilla into exile because they wanted to overthrow him (although he enjoyed the delights of both). Messalina, on the advice of her lesbian girlfriend, enters the arena disguised as a gladiator to seduce the tyrant, and becomes his favorite. Then there are silly palace intrigues. Caligula is still killed, but the main theme of the film is aerobics in bed and other places, served with unassuming humor
