Our movie opens with a female physician taking a medical history of a young male patient, who then finds himself in a jail cell clothed in silk female underwear. His doctor binds him with twine and then ministers to his prostate, first with fingers and then with an entire arm. He is then tortured with hot wax and a switch and then pegged till exhaustion. We switch to patient #2, also in a jail setting, whose urethra is attacked by ever larger sounding instruments, until he can’t stand any more and loses it. The video concludes with two more victims (patients) undergoing equally unpleasant treatments.
